This week week on Monday we finished our travel log and had our boosterthon pep rally. On Tuesday we did a European explores pop up card on Wednesday we went to the Science lab and learned about mixtures and solutions. On Thursday we did our notes about mixtures and solutions we also did an activity sheet.
This week on Monday we were doing great jobs on our pop up card and learn about European explorers and we started raising money for the boosterthon to get prizes and we raise a lot of money and almost to our goal if we get all fifty states we can make Mrs.Hickman and Mrs.Grande an ice cream sundae! And so far we have already pledge almost all of the states keep up the great work! Spring creek go cardinals!!!
Today was early in the morning going out to boosterthon it was a little chilly outside but we could handle that because we were going to run. It took me a while to find some sport close or something to were to run so i just wore my normal clothes. When we got lined up they were talking about the rules and that you don't have to run you can walk to but this is only to have fun. They told us to first walk then the fun can begin, we walked have way then they told us that we can run so that's when all the fun started. Go cardinals!
This week was cool. Once we learned about simple circuits and got to make one. I thought that was cool.
We also learned about la Salle
This morning, after morning assembly, all of fourth grade went outside and we saw tents and water and many more! It was fun run time! We sang the the American flag song and started running. The track was shorter than i thought! I thought we were going to be running on the real track! I didn’t know that because I wasn’t here all last year! But anyways, when we started running, everyone was energized and ready to go. We got to stop and get water and refill our cup again as much as we wanted to. Every once and awhile, we had a moment where we would walk one lap and then keep on going! We also got to listen to music like Thriller! I could jam to that all day. There was a big blown up tunnel that we could run under. Mrs. Hickman was there too. So were the teachers. Our class got to hold the flag and run with it. Mrs. Mann was trying to take picture’s. I wonder if the picture’s were blurry. We all had a sticker on our backs that showed how many laps we ran. Most of us got more than the chart could go. At the end of the fun run, we all went back to class and had a normal rest of the school day. Kind of. (Smiley Face).
