Week 10 of Learning!
A poem that i wrote:
Home is a place to get out of the rain.
It cradles the hurt and mends the pain.
And no one cares about your name.
Or the height of your head.
Or the size of your brain
-Abigail A.
My second poem
One gold thread will buy me bread.
A pile of thread will make a crown for my head
Abigail A.
What does normal mean anyway?
All we could fear is fear itself
What you need every day is a smile for every day.
From Bibi O.
This week, we learned how magnets attract to each other and what they attract to. For example: Metal spoon, juice can, and a metal chair. There are also objects that don’t attract to magnets. Such as : shoes, watch, paper, and yourself! There is a north and south “pole” on a magnet. The north and north don’t attract, but, the south and north side attract because they have different neutrons. The next the we did this week is start our sailors travel log. When we do this, we make are own voyages make others feel like they are in the voyage you created!
Thats what we did this week.
Arun
This week we went to a play of James and the giant peach and the next day we got to cut open a circle cucumber and got to eat it before we left school and we also we got to go to the garden and to the computer pod for Verso.
-Ian
